Shree Industries Super Roller Heaters are specialized, high-capacity industrial heating assemblies engineered specifically for uniform internal and surface heating of rotating cylinders, corrugation rolls, laminating drums, calendar rolls, and continuous web processing machinery. Constructed with a bundle of heavy-duty, swaged tubular heating elements fabricated from high-grade Stainless Steel (SS 304 / SS 316) or Incoloy sheathing, these heaters provide rapid heat transfer, exceptional mechanical strength, and rigorous vibration resistance under continuous industrial rotation. Each roller heating assembly features precision-wound 80/20 Nichrome resistance coils insulated with high-purity electro-fused Magnesium Oxide (MgO) compacted to high density via swaging. This ensures superior thermal conductivity, rapid thermal ramp-up, and zero hot-spots along the entire effective face length of the machine roller, directly preventing uneven processing, bubbling, or thermal distortion in paper, corrugated boards, textiles, and plastic films.
